Unfortunately it seems that the service has gone down since the retirement of the previous dentist a few years back. I loved him. It seems that the hygienist only took about 15mins to clean my teeth. She did not floss the top row of my teeth at all. She dropped fluoride all over me. It took longer to pay the bill than it did cleaning my teeth. I try to do better with my teeth but there's no way it was that easy. I have NEVER been rushed out the chair so quickly. I will not be returning. The front desk reps were very nice and attentive.

Sarah was the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. She communicated very well, was very personable, and made the entire appointment so fun. I will definitely be back and appreciate the great service and love how clean my teeth feel!

I thought I would give it a try since my insurance changed and my dentist had to retire after 25 years..I felt like I was in a drive thru dental..cleaning was rushed and done in like 10-15 minutes.. no personality hooked a tooth no talking about what’s happpening..the dentist was ok but what happened to let me shake your hand or introduce myself first..I have anxiety which is noted and this did not help. I have 5 more people I wanted to bring with me but really not sure any more.

This is a review from Jeff Schraufnagel (not Ann). Upon having my x-rays taken I was greeted by Sandy my usual hygienist. There was something noticeably wrong with her from the beginning. Her hands were shaking and she didn’t ask if the water pik was fine as per usual. The instrument was leaking and I thought maybe this was the cause of her shakiness. She switched to traditional implements b/c of the water pik leaking, and again she was visibly shaking and not her “normal” self as I have experienced in the past. I was about to ask her to stop when she herself stopped, sat me up and told me she’d be right back. Instead another hygienist (Estelle - I believe) finished my cleaning with no polish as per usual. The tech who took my x-rays also made a mistake and those had to be redone as well. All in all a pretty terrible experience compared to the previous visits. I have been a patient here for well over a decade.

I've noticed that I have to have the fillings replaced repeatedly and now the same has happened to a crown. And of course the insurance will not cover it. That was an unwelcome $850 surprise. I'd recommend finding a different Forward Dental Office.

Fast and efficient hygienist. Very informative on instructing me about my dental routine. The receptionist was not friendly at all. She was not paying attention to what she was doing. Asked my name three times.

This dental office is by far the best one that I have been to in years. The staff was extremely positive, professional, outright happy to assist with me with my needs. I called the afternoon before and they immediately were able to see me in less than 24 hours. If you want to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect this is the dental office for you. From the front of the house to the back, you will feel like a star on the red carpet.
