The quality of service at this practice has significantly declined over the past six months. Long-term hygienists have left, and the constant turnover of staff has created a severe lack of consistency. The practice has also gone through multiple transitions with doctors, which has disrupted continuity of care.

As a loyal customer for over 12 years, I have been extremely patient and hesitant to seek out another provider. However, the recent experiences have made it increasingly difficult to continue. During my last visit, I was rushed and, most concerning, I was not seen for the full duration of my scheduled appointment—an hour and a half. This is unacceptable. We are being charged for services we are not receiving, and the level of attention and care has drastically fallen short of expectations.

It is clear that changes are needed, and if this trend continues, I will be forced to reconsider my loyalty to this practice.

This dental office is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Insurance was billed incorrectly, communication was sparse, and the receptionists hung up on me when attempting to respond issues. Multiple individuals said they would call back regarding billing issues and never called. This office is extremely disorganized. It may have been worth it if the dental work was excellent but my husband just had a 1.5 year old crown fall out of his mouth despite religiously brushing his teeth. Couldn’t even get a hold of someone to request for this to be fixed.

If the receptionists hung up actually read these reviews, I hope you are able to truly consider the negative impact you have on the people around you. I’m seeing loads of scathing reviews. It’s free to be nice. You only get one like; is that really the kind of person you want to be?

I am so happy that Dr Eunice Vachet is my dentist. She does excellent work and shows that she really cares. They have a wonderful staff who also shows great dental care. The receptionist Vicki is very professional and knowledgeable.
