There's nothing I hate more than wasted time. This place wastes A LOT of it. If you have to visit this building, make sure you have nothing on your schedule for the next 2 days. I was one of 2 people in the entire waiting room for a majority of two hours. I'm not sure what they are doing back there but it isn't helping their patients. I would hate to see this place full of patients, people would be dying of starvation left and right. You would think they would slate their lunch breaks to ensure no break in medical care but that is not the case here. When you're sick and unsure of what to do you turn to the medical professionals, you will not find them here. Their mascot should be a sloth, a dead sloth, who has died from neglect and starvation. If you have any other option whatsoever in medical care, always go with the other option.

If you're not bleeding out or dying, you're not a priority. I was a passenger and got into a wreck, head swollen, blurry, can't walk straight, but i checked in, and sat here for an hour now, waiting to be seen.

Late update, but when i was finally seen, the guy said, "Oh yeah, im not even a doctor. I'm just a random soldier temporarily filling in until they get back." i'm sorry, WHAT?

Provider said I needed to do physical therapy for my injury. 3 months of physical therapy made it worse. Provider said to do physical therapy 3 times a week. Physical therapist put me in for an MRI. Said that it looked normal and discharged me from physical therapy. Got off base referral after physical therapist recommended I see a specialist. Was seen within 48 hours. Had my injury looked at and evaluated. Turns out all that physical therapy made my injury worse and now I need reconstructive surgery on my tendons due to the extensive damage to my nerves and tendons. Thanks TMC! ?

Takes three weeks until you can be seen, than on the day of the appointment they tell you that you have to reschedule because it's during the doctor's lunch break. Told me first available appointment was in two weeks. We will see if I get a call then telling me I have to reschedule. So far that's five weeks to be seen. I'll update if they call and make me reschedule again.

Worst Medical Provider I have ever had. The civilian PA had decided what was wrong with me before I ever stepped in the door. I am unable to straighten my arm but he wants me to wait 2 weeks before I am back in Fairbanks before going to be seen. He couldn't keep which body part was hurt strait, and when he came back to give exercise paper work he pointed at the wrong part of the elbow. You are better off paying out of pocket than wasting your time here. The rest of staff seems nice enough but nothing can make up for the sad excuse of a medical provider I saw.

Sick of everything the military offers. Every time I have an injury I have to get it signed by my 1SG. They call it “ “accountability”. Waste of time. Especially reading from the other reviews.

Takes 3 weeks to a month for an appointment just to not be told anything about what the problem is. Just save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. This clinic feels absolutely pointless.
