I always have a wonderful experience at Forget Me Not Healthcare Clinic! The cozy, welcoming atmosphere makes me feel right at home. Sara Stetson, ANP is incredibly attentive and takes the time to listen to all my concerns. The personalized care and genuine compassion from the entire staff is outstanding. Special shoutout to Mykoni, the medical assistant who's currently in nursing school—she is incredibly helpful and kind. They offer a wide range of services, and scheduling appointments is a breeze. Highly recommend this family-run clinic for top-notch, friendly healthcare!

Sara is amazing to work with! As are Sumner and Mokani. Above and beyond, and more time given to my concerns than would ever be in any other facility. An added bonus is they take Medicare. I highly recommend Forget Me Not Healthcare.

Sara takes the time to get know you so she can understand what your concerns are and treat them. She is not 1 size fits all nor your 10 minutes is up time to see another patient. I have no idea how she can make money spending so much time with people but I am grateful to have found her. Sara treats my whole family including my Autistic adult son. Mykoni is an MA who works with Sara. She is also a nursing student. Mykoni and Sara are from the same mold, know the patient so you can better treat them. Hope she gets a Masters and practices like Sara.
I've never had better medical care than I receive at Forget Me Not Healthcare. Sara Stetson is Fantastic!
