I went here back in 2022 and had them scan my feet to get orthotics. I was referred to them from the VA so the VA was going to pay for my orthotics. I receive a call and they tell me they are in but that I have to pay for them. I told them I’m not paying for them since they are paid for by the VA so they told me they could not give them to me. Fast forward to 3 years later and they tell me oh the VA paid for your orthotics can you come get them. I have since moved and cannot and they told me they can’t mail them to me. Do not recommend this office because they have horrible customer service and are not accommodating for a mistake they made 3 years ago.

Dr. Rosen is kind and caring. He was very good with my elderly Mom and solved her problem at hand and made suggestions for some other issues going on as well. He took his time and was warm and friendly with her. The office staff was equally as wonderful. They were kind and helpful. This is a wonderful office and I highly recommend it!
