Unprofessional, rude office staff. Simply let them know that my insurance carrier is still listing them as taking new pts, when the receptionist let me know that they are not. "That's not my problem, *laughs*" and hangs up. It is absolutely "your problem" if your office is not updating insurance providers that you are no longer taking new patients. I worked in the healthcare industry for 16 years, that receptionist would have been fired.
