The office is absolutely horrible. I have a 3 year old autistic son who they would refuse to set an appointment for which set him back over 3 months of therapy. They said they received confirmation that there faxes went through when nothing went through. Fought for 3 months with this office. Both my son's are now late on there vaccines because they want to argue for three months then say they don't accept new patients. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. The doctor has great reviews wish I would have gotten go see him but that office is horrific. Sorry for him.

Dr. Carlos has been our pediatrician since our son was born 7 years ago. We now have a daughter as well, and we couldn’t be happier with the care our children have received from Dr. Carlos over these years. I always recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatrician. He is so compassionate and great with the kids. He is so clearly knowledgeable and knows what he’s talking about. He doesn’t miss a beat. I always trust his advice 100%. It’s so nice to have peace of mind when it comes to the most important thing in our world, our children’s health. Can’t say enough good things. Our family loves him! 10 stars!!!

Great Dr. had him since my first child in 2011. Just had my third and am waiting to get her in there for her first visit. He’s a super nice guy and doesn’t force any decisions onto you (in my case, certain vaccines). Definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatrician 👍🏼

TERRIBLE experience!!! If I could rate a ZERO I would!!!!!!! Dr CARLOS was VERY unprofessional and rude!!!! I would never ever recommend this Dr to see any children with the way he treats them!!!!

Was a long time patient my daughter has seen him from birth she is almost 2 now has a 103.8 fever and a rash all over her chest and back and they refused to see her wouldn't answer the phone we went there and they turned us away that is unacceptable
