Needed to get into a dentist ASAP. Fay West was able to squeeze me in the next morning. Dr Eddy and the entire staff was so kind from the moment I walked in the door. I am typically “nervous” at the dentist. Not today! Ive found my new dentist.

Dr. Randy and the staff are awesome. They were so patient with me and my insurance hiccups (which got resolved thankfully). I learned SO much about my teeth. I first started going about 2 months before 1st covid shut downs. After about 2 years I finally was about to get my dental issues all in order. I truly can't say enough how appreciative I am for the doctor and staff. They're also very understanding of those with extreme anxiety and help you have a comfortable experience. I've recommended Fay West to several friends who all went and also had a very pleasant experience.

I am terrified of dentist.
I walked in & was anxious.
Tracy & Dr. Randy without trying completely made me feel at ease & treated me with kindness, understanding, with compassion.
I have NEVER experienced this EVER before in my life.
They treat you like a human who truly matters & are very thorough in making certain they can proceed with any treatment for people like me with multiple health issues & rare issues. They have your best interest at heart & need to make certain & confer with my specialist to be sure that they can proceed with all my rare issues.
I only had a consult with X-rays, exam for extractions & full dentures.
I pray that my specialist allows them to proceed. This is the only place that ever made me feel like a human with caring compassionate understanding.
They definitely are not the typical uncaring dental center that is just after your money.
I highly recommend them.
Thank you Tracy & Dr. Randy for actually caring & treating me like a human versus like a alien.

I seriously never give a bad review of anywhere unless it is absolutely necessary. Ive been a nurse for 16 yrs. W that being said Im understanding in ALMOST anything that happens w scheduling etc. I started going to this office before covid. My experience w the office and staff was great. The women in the office were wonderful. Great experience w the Dr etc. Then I was scheduled for my permanent plate. After that I had a few calls from the office they needed to reschedule bc of THEIR scheduling issues. But fine, I rescheduled. (This was also still covid time so I understood). Then my father passed away and I rescheduled. I called in to make my appt to finally get my things done. (I still had my temp plate). The woman who answered the phone was EXTREMELY SHORT W ME. When I tried to explain I hadn't been missing appts that it was also their scheduling issues. The only appt I missed had to do w my father that had passed. She honestly replied THATS NOT MY PROBLEM. (At this point she was trying to be confrontational and I just wanted a appt). I told her that I just wanted to get this done. She put me on hold for honestly 10 seconds came back on and said she had spoken to the office manager and said they would no longer see me. (Unless this woman was sitting on her lap that wasn't possible.) I even told her I would PAY FOR ANY APPT I HAD MISSED. She said she would have the office manager call me back. This was 2 yrs ago. Glad I didn't hold my breath! In the end they left me stuck where I am now. Thx allot.

My husbands grandmother got a set of dentures from FayWest. She absolutely loves them. She was treated amazing at every single appointment! She even sent the staff a card thanking them. We couldn’t be any happier with the care we have received there!!

I have been going there for years and they are the best! Doctor Randy is excellent. He is very patient and thoroughly explains all options and each step of what treatment he is performing. Debbie is also a very great dental hygienist. Very thorough and gentle. I hope to continue being a patient there for years to come!

Dr. Warlow was excellent. Very gentle while taking x-rays, and very honest and thorough while explaining procedures and their cost. My grandmother also goes here and we love Fay West. They're friendly and speedy in the front desk area and will be making them my primary dental office!
