I have always gone, and will continue to go to Family First Care for attention to coughs, sinus infections, flu like symptoms, and such. The staff tests patients for COVID and Influenza A and B, and results are received in approximately 5-10 minutes. Needed prescriptions are sent to my pharmacy to be filled. I have trust in the staff at Family First. They listen, ask questions, let me know their findings, and discuss a plan for treatment. Staff are knowledgeable, efficient, respectful, and always appreciated!

Making this short as possible,because i could brag of how exceptional i think this place is.Went to urgent care & was turned away from being seen because my license/identification was expired on my birthday back in Jan & i hadn't renewed it yet.But came here was greeted rite away,filled out a brief examination of what I was there for and called back to exam room within 10mins from walking threw the door.Doctor was very gentle & new right away what was wrong & how to treat it.Called my prescriptions in and off i went!Everyone i had seen from by the reception desk to nurse & Dr.were all so pleasant & nice! I'll always go here.Thankyou for having the exceptional staff!

I want to make it absolutely clear that I am only reviewing on the hours listed. I cannot speak to anything else. The ir google hours and the sign outside the clinic both list that they close at 9PM on Saturdays. I chose to go there specifically because they were the only place that said that they were open until 9. I get there at a few minutes past 8 and they were already closed. My only suggestion is that they either stay open until 9 or they update their hours on their sign and on Google.

I have used this clinic four times over the past couple of years for different issues. So far they have always been prompt, courteous and thorough with me. I have not yet been disappointed by their service. I will definitely continue to utilize their services.

Wish there was a no star ! I was there yesterday with a couple concerns.When I arrived the girl at the front desk seemed to be bothered to have to attend to me.No upbeat attitude or even a good morning sir how can we assist you?Then to be taken back to a room where I was greeted by a nurse saying she was a nurse at UPMC Hermitage.( She was the only positive in this visit.She took down all the information for which I was there for.Shortly after a lady walks in with absolutely no people skills,She asks what was I there for? Cmon I just went over everything with the nurse.She had no laptop or notes to refer to.The fake nurse practioner (joke) was stone faced with a horrible attitude.People come in with issues they're concerned about.Why not have compassion and show some sort of compassion if not they should not work in this field.Honestly she was horrible saying I'm not a specialist! All I wanted was a check up.I asked about my ears to be looked at because I was dizzy and had some sort of thick stuff inside both ears.
When I asked she said it's normal really? I left this location and drove all the way to cranberry and seen a doctor at Falcon.He indeed said my ears needed flushed.This only took 20 minutes and now I feel fine!
I'm not done with this place by far we will do whatever it takes to have people terminated.
Stay away this place is a absolute Joke !

I would give less than 1 if I could. I had recently had stitches on my knee and had them removed. The wound ended up busting wide open at 745/8ish. My husband, myself and our two young kids jumped in the car and flew to the nearest open urgent care that said it closed at 9:00. We pulled into the parking lot at 8:34 and I hobbled up to the door to have it be locked in my face even though it says they were open until 8:45.

I went yesterday hoping to be treat3d for my sinus infection but the nurse practitioner that saw me REFUSED to treat me and was extremely rude to me and my husband. After paying a $50 copay she wanted me to go to the ER and kept trying to say it could be setting worse.... Didn't even say here some antibiotics And if it gets then go to the ER no she didn't even want to help. I cannot get over how rude she was to me and my partner. Can't think k of a reason other than it was the end of Her work day and I was InconveniencIng her

Incredible! I can't express how grateful I am towards this facility! Even during this pandemic they saw me promptly and handled me with care. The nurse practitioner Heather was very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. I am currently without insurance so she worked with me on affordable prescription. Would 100% recommend this place!
