DOG POOP ALERT. Was here today at 1210pm. Thought I was going to have a nice time shopping around getting some pots and let my 2yo daughter get some toys today. Until I heard her slip and fall behind me. I had no idea why she slipped and fell, so she got up and and slipped and fell AGAIN. I looked and it was DOG POOP... So I immediately go tell the girl working at the register. She says "Yeah sometimes people bring their dogs in here. Sorry. You can go in the bathroom and clean her up. I'll tell someone to clean the floor." Which seemed like an easy task to her, apparently. Which isn't, at all when your toddler is covered in poop head to toe in public. I feel the employees could have done more for us being covered in poop that came from THEIR floor. If I were her, I would have at least helped by getting some wipes off the shelf or finding some sort of products that I KNOW THEY HAVE there to easier clean her up. Instead I had to strip her down in the parking lot and scrub the poop off her entire body/head with alcohol wipes and LUCKILY I had a bag of clothing donations with her smaller clothes that I squeezed her into. I am really upset about this, considering I have a bathtub full of greasy mechanic clothes soaking in a chemical solution for the day, and the shoes she wore were BRAND NEW shoes that she JUST WORE FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME TODAY and now they are stained with dog poop. I ended up not buying anything because of this situation. I had to come home and give my daughter a freezing cold hose bath in the yard due to my bathtub being full of toxic water/clothing. Hopefully she doesn't get hook worm from the dog poop. It was going to be a great day of fun and potting plants until this happened.

Initially I was impressed by the selection and the prices, however I learned shortly thereafter that their houseplants are not well taken care of. As soon as I arrived home (which is only 8 minutes away, I noticed a black leaf on my plant which typically means bacteria or plant disease. I waited to see if more black leaves would appear and literally the day after up until 5 days more appeared. FYI, I am an avid gardener and used to work as a gardening merchandiser at a big box store. When I went back to FHGC. I asked one of the workers about how they care for the houseplants, told her about my experience and relayed what it could be. She agrees, shrugged her shoulders, and suggested that I purchase something from them to take care of the bacteria (what?!). I asked if they at least had an exchange policy for a healthy one, she said know. She further told me that they don’t often pay attention to their indoor plants because it’s “too much” and that since they have a new supplier that she couldn’t tell me the care instructions. I will not be returning! I’m just sad that I’ve already spent my money in pavers and other landscaping supplies with them!

We always have an amazing experience visiting our favorite Santa! We have been coming for 10 years now and every time they have it running like a well oiled machine! This evening the line was wrapped around the store but was constantly moving and felt like we made it through in no time. We didn’t even feel rushed when we got up there. Santa Scott was very personable with us and they took their time to get multiple good photos! ALWAYS worth the visit.

Stopped in this morning for some firewood. Scored a good amount at a great price. Staff was super friendly, quick service by Bob who helped us load into the truck.

It’s our son’s first Christmas and we decided to take pictures with Santa Scott. As most parents know trying to run errands for Christmas while having a baby is no easy task, and when running errands our pictures fell out of the car door and we could not find them. My wife was devastated and so I called Fairless Hills Garden Center to see if there was anything we could do, and they told me to come in the next morning and they will retake our pictures and help us out. We are so grateful for the kindness they showed us this Christmas! Thank you Fairless Hills Garden Center and Santa Scott! Especially the young lady at the front register who was able to make this happen. I wish we knew her name.

Beautiful plant selection! Came here for the first time and bought a bunch of things, prices weren’t to bad. Only downside was the purple elephant plants were all smooshed and I mean every single one😅
