If you have loved ones who are elderly DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT BRING THEM HERE! I found out my Nana was brought to this place for physical therapy and getting here and seeing what she was fed and went through. I would never EVER recommend anyone to come here.

First off let’s start with the cleanliness of the place. HORRIBLE. They do not clean well here. The curtains in her room were filthy and looked like blood stains on them, floors are filthy and smells like urine in the hallways and it’s gross! They don’t dust in there either and her bathroom does not have any soap in the dispenser or sanitizer when she needs to wash her hands.

She does not have or cannot have a small refrigerator provided to her for snacks and other beverages because they say it can cause a fire because of the wires. 😑 right.

The beds are hand me downs and they are very uncomfortable. Don’t get me started on some of these nurses that don’t pay any attention to the patients there that need their help. I was dropping off soap and stuff for my nana and had to get help for my nana to be situated in the bed she was in and ring the button . Here I go outside and see these 2 Karen nurses yapping and had an elderly woman and man needed their help and they ignore them. Who does this?! The owner needs to be aware of these conditions and shut the place down. A letter should be sent to the owner! I wish I could leave a 0 review!😡

It was delightful to do a Christmas craft with mom. It’s been 40 plus yeas since we had Christmas craft time. Loved it.

Fairlane Gardens has a dedicated group of staff that care for everyone's loved ones. They treat their residents as if they were their own families! The facility is clean and comfy, just like home. Bringing a loved one here is strongly recommended.

My sister was there and she was treated with dignity and respect ,during her final days the staff and management team were exceptional! She was kept comfortable and the staff couldn't have been better to family members She was always clean and dressed! It was well kept and the residents always seemed happy!

Went for a tour of this nursing home and was not impressed. Place was very run down. Nurses seemed miserable. People were not very clean looking. I couldn’t put my family in a place like this.

It has been my experience over the last 2 years that the facility is magnificently clean, the residents are well taken care of, always appear to be clean and happy. The management team here is phenomenal. Everyone seems very competent and knowledgeable in their individual roles, especially the Housekeeping Director Chris. When you speak to him you really feel his compassion and desire to make sure residents are taken care of. I honestly feel like he would give the shirt off his back if needed. If you ever get the opportunity to stop and say hello, you will not be disappointed.
The HR Director is also extraordinary. The way she is able to make sure there are enough staff to take care of everyone is incredible. She is like a modern day Monty Hall, the way she is able to work and negotiate to ensure that not only there are people here to take care of loved ones, the people who work here are of amazing character. This is a direct result of Crystal’s ability to screen and assess potential new hires, as a result, she has built a team of compassionate and caring individuals you would want taking care of your loved ones.
Finally, if I could take a moment to discuss the Administrator Jamie, the job she has done assuring that not only her residents have been safe from Covid but the staff as well. Her knowledge of all the most current goings on from the CDC and Department of Health have been crucial and beneficiary to keeping everyone involved safe and healthy. Her overall ability to direct and lead her team shows not only during this pandemic, but on a daily basis.
Because of all this, I would wholeheartedly endorse Fairlane Gardens as a place I would not hesitate to place any of my loved ones who would need this level of care. They are unbelievable here.

My sister was there after hip surgery. I am not happy with that place. The food was cold not very appealing to when I wanted a nurse could never find one, she was on a liquid went in and found a complete meal in front of her, they said she had a blockage in her stomach and then the next day they said it was gone, well she is in the hospital with a full blown blockage facing surgery is she can even go through it. We are having to get hospices involved now, she will not be going back there. If you have a loved one they're please visit and make sure they're taken care of them. I would not recommend this place
