Dr Karam and his staff was all so wonderful! I called this morning and was dreading trying to get an appointment the next day and had doubts I would, for a filling that had fallen out last night. I had never been to his office and they were able to get me in immediately! His office is very very clean and modern The staff from the receptionists to he himself was wonderful! It was the first time THE actual dentist cleaned my teeth and I didnt have an hygienist do it. Every other dentist I had been to always just came in to check the work of the hygienist or do a filling. Dr Karam's bedside manner is phenomenal. My overall experience was great. If you're looking for a dentist who actually cares about your teeth and is nice go see him and his staff. I would also like to add I am very very particular about my teeth!

I usually don’t write reviews but looking for a dentist is hard when you want to find the right one. He was super nice from the beginning and made me feel comfortable. He let me know what I could fix and what I couldn’t. Even during an extraction he would joke with me to make the process a lot more comfortable. His assistants are also very pleasant and approachable. I always get reminders about appointments. Honestly one of the best dentist I been to over the years. He’s very up front about things.

Dr Karam is a blessing to us!! I first started seeing Dr Karam after visiting another dentist in the area who refused to believe that he already did a procedure on my mouth when I told him he did it. I refuse to go to a dental clinic where you see different dentists each time you visit. Prior to my first visit I set up a consultation with Dr Karam to make sure he was the dentist for me. I knew I found a good dentist. My husband then started seeing Dr. Karam as well. We were both impressed by his skill, his chairside manner. His assistants, hygienists, and office staff are all personable and do not treat you like just another patient.
Recently my husband was diagnosed with the words no one wants to hear and Dr Karam stepped up to the plate for us. Everyone in the office continues to let us know how concerned they are. Dr Karam has exceeded any expectations. He went out of his way to meet with us, and let us know that he is a dentist as an occupation as well as a truly caring, compassionate person. He made sure we were set up for the start of treatment and has made time for any issues when we call. I cannot even begin to say how thankful we are for Dr. Karam and his staff.

Good dentist. But recently my whole family was denied service over a missed appointment scheduled literally 8 months ago. My family been through so much since then (including me surgery) and they literally never sent no correspondence to even remind us. Supposedly they called day before to remind us. Never left message. Lol joke. Oh well they lost a family of 7. Any good dentist recommendations Receptionist is unprofessional and rude. Never called back about appointment but sent a letter.

If you’re having any kind of major dental work I would stay FAR away from Dr. Karam and his office. His receptionist is down right rude. Absolutely no professionalism whatsoever! Then when you get mad and if you raise your voice she will say that you’re being rude and cursing at her. Dr. Karam is only concerned about money and not the patient or your health and well-being. My boyfriend went to him for a root canal and paying cash. He worked out a payment agreement with Dr. Karam and he did the root canal and then put in a temporary filling requiring him to go back because the temporary filling was falling out. AGAIN he put another temporary filling in and yet again it was starting to fall out. Each time he went through this his patience was running thinner and thinner and when he confronted Dr. Karam about it and demanded that he put a permanent filling in it, he refused saying that he did what he was being paid for, the root canal and that he was going to discharge him as a patient and he could go somewhere else and pay $250 to have a permanent filling done somewhere else. Why should he have to pay even more money to go to someone else to finish a job that he had ALREADY paid DR. Karam to do? ZERO STARS should be an option!!!

I don’t write reviews often but I have to get it out there so other people know. This dentist is a pleasure, he took very good care of me and he’s a bit of a jokester which I love because going to the dentist for me is always a nerve wracking experience. I thought my mouth couldn’t be saved the last dentist I went to just wanted to rip all of my teeth out and call it a day. Not Dr. Karam he instead told me that they could all be saved they only needed fillings. A lot mind you but that they didn’t need to be ripped out. He even went the extra to assure me that he would get me partials for all of the teeth I did get pulled (which probably most could have been saved as well) I’m 30 years old and would have ended up with dentures and no teeth had I not found this dental clinic. I can’t forget about the staff who were very friendly well trained and professional. I never thought I’d find a dentist i could stick with but I think my search is over.
