Express Rx of Cabot

I witnessed the pharmacy tech using her hands to pick the pills up to off the counter and put them in the bottles. Very unsanitary we put these pills in our mouth. This place is disgusting and unfriendly.

I have tried multiple times over a 4 year period to give them a chance. I wanted it to be my pharmacy BUT..., slow, always using the same excuse they are swamped. My prescription will be called in early A.M. and late afternoon, it hasn't been started. Usually when someone gets a script called in, they need it that day and not later in week. And they NEVER have all of a full script. They owe you which you have to make a second trip to get. Just can't like them. Just can't. Wish I could leave zero stars. Hire more help. My suggestion.

We just moved here from Texas and it's been a rough start. My husband had issues getting his medication from the VA. Every single member of their staff was patient and kind with us. Long story short, he was able to get what he needed filled. I will NEVER forget our experience and will definitely be using them going forward. Thank you so much to the pharmacist that assisted us. I will NEVER forget your kindness ❤️❤️

Amazing staff & excellent service! I think they knew me by name after filling my first prescription. They genuinely care for their customers & have gone above and beyond more than once. They are by far the best pharmacy I have ever used.

I feel so blessed to have had Express Rx there for us after me and my whole family was diagnosed with covid. They went above and beyond to get us the medical attention we needed. Even as far as coming to our home to administrator the covid infusions.. 5 stars is not enough. I feel that this company actually cares about their customers and it shows. Everyone was so kind ...understanding...and had so much patience.... They made us feel comfortable and safe throughout the whole process. I am very thankful for them and all their compassion. Will definitely be using them from now on for all our medical needs.

When Fred’s shut down this was the place to go. They were friendly and fast. Used common sense techniques for asking someone that will be there a while to pull around and let others thru, etc. But something happened a few months ago. The front employees are nice but now everything takes forever and the pharmacists are rude. They don’t tell you when you have medications ready or even called in. They don’t auto apply coupons like they used to which results in overcharging. Usually a drastic drop in customer service level like this means a Management change and loss of tenured, knowledgeable employees. Idk what happened but I really hope they get it together soon so we don’t have to find a new pharmacy.

These people are amazing. They go above and beyond to help and get things figured out . fast friendly service, always with a smile . if i could give them more than 5 stars I would. I recommend this pharmacy above any other pharmacy I have ever used. ❤

It was literally the fastest I have EVER had my medications filled...It literally took 3 minutes from start to finish and when they handed my identification back, my first question was "Do I need to come back later?" Their immediate response was "No sir, your medication is ready and sign here". I was in shock and couldn't believe what I just witnessed. They are literally the absolute best pharmacy I have ever used across the entire country and I will continue using them.
