My experience was excellent. From Jose at the front desk to Sam my provider to the MA who drew my blood everyone was very helpful and friendly. My experience was very smooth and easy and I would absolutely come back and recommend to friends.

I really try to avoid Western medicine or prescriptions or all the things but I was so sick with a really bad cough so I came here and I saw Sam and she was absolutely lovely. I also got in within 20 minutes which I really appreciated cause I felt awful. Sam was super attentive and knowledgeable, and I even called back the next day when I change my mind about the steroids that she recommended for my cough and she jumped on the phone with me herself probably the best experience urgent care I’ve ever had by far. Thank you so much, Dr. Sam! When you feel awful it makes such a big difference to be cared for and that way!

One of the best experiences at an urgent care/ doctor's office. The front desk staff were welcoming and called me when it was my turn. From there the staff continued to shine, from the nurse that took my vitals to the RN Susan Whang, who was a super star! Best bedside manner! I will highly recommend this place to all my friends!!!

Thanks for the hospitality the receptionist was very helpful, the take-nurse was very kind & good with the needle.
As for Doc Sam, I hope she enjoyed the Chiefs vs Buffalo game along with the outcome. 🤭 But overall she was very kind & wanted to make sure I was good. Go Chiefs!!!!

During my first visit here, I was clearly very sick and I now know I had staph and pneumonia but they did not test me for it and diagnosed me with the common cold. During my second visit a week later, I waited for over two hours and the staff was very rude when I asked how much longer the wait would be. I ultimately left and went to another location where I actually received care and got lab tests done to discover I had a staph caused pneumonia. Don't go here, go to the one on Lincoln instead.

visited on 11/13, told they could not clear me for Hernia procedure. the nurse/Dr in charge came to discuss the EKG test with grim face, (thought i had to write my will) said she can not clear me for the operation and i need to see my primary care giver and be referred to a heart specialist and she can not share this information with me. after a stressful 2 nights, my Dr refereed me to another facility in Anaheim which they could not find any problem. i decided to go to another facility and pay out of pocket just to make sure, the result was "no problems and your heart in as normal and good as gold. i wonder if any laws will stop these unqualified supervisors from playing with people life. the nurse who preformed the procedure could not get one of the EKG test pads to stick well to the skin and did not use any tap to make sure the pads are connected to the skin.
do your self a favor and get second opinion, might save you a stressful nights

I had an excellent experience here. Easy check in with friendly and helpful staff. I liked that I could see on the site how many people were in line (and it was accurate). Very clean and modern.

Came around 10 on a weekday and was seen in 15 minutes. Dr. Lunsford was very helpful and pleasant.

Also conveniently right next to a CVS which makes for a very fluid experience.

Avoid this place. Secretary doesn’t care about your health, but about following her rules. She was saying loudly about my health case. With a patient in the room. She wouldn’t listen to what I was saying to her. All she would do was deny my appointment calling it a “work related session”. When it was totally a different case. I tried explaining but she kept cutting me off… I give it two stars only because the doctor is really nice per my last visit. Where is our humanity heading if you don’t care about people’s health?
I hope she learns to listen to other people who go get help there.
