I saw someone about 12 days ago, about pain in my hip flexor. I lost the script he gave me, and called to request that they send me the recommendations. I had been out of town, and needed them to book physical therapy. The physical therapy place had advised me to seen an urgent care, just to get a script for insurance purposes.

When I called, they said they didn't have the recommendations. I was at a loss, this should be an extremely basic request, but all they had was the basic information.

The person I spoke to on the phone was rather rude. I will admit that I wasn't pleasant, but I had a right to be upset. If he has issues with someone being upset about requesting referrals and them not having said referrals, I am truly at a loss.

He stammered out several excuses, namely that the referrals had not been uploaded to the system. He seemed to blame the person I saw. That may be the case, but the bottom line is that it is the responsibility of this business to do a better job. They need to make sure such information is uploaded. To deflect blame the way he did does not speak well of the organization. I prefer people, and organizations, who take responsibility for the actions of the organization.

I don't know what they charged my insurance, but I paid a 40 dollar copay. While I was happy with the practitioner I saw, this whole situation is not acceptable. It would be nice to see more of an effort made to do things properly. I have had good experiences here in the past, but this was certainly not one of them.

One of the best urgent care experiences I've ever had! Really hard to find good medical care in the city when you’re a working parent and life is busy I was seen in such a short period of time and received such quality care and detailed information about my diagnosis! I even called them two minutes before they closed and they answered their phone and was able to solve my problem in a matter of seconds with the pharmacy

I really appreciated Bryan going through the paperwork with me...reviewing the treatment plan. It's always my intention to review the paperwork after the visit but I find I never end up getting around to it. Because of how thorough Bryan was, I've actually been following through with the plan and purchased the recommendations to help during my recovery. He seems like a keeper! Thank you, Bryan!

All were helpful. Very spacious waiting room. Very clean and comfortable. Physician Assistant Amber Payne was very helpful & quick to evaluate the Xrays & provided me with a brace to stabilize my hand & prevent further pain and problems.
Also she helped me with my insurance to get a Referral for a specialist.

Very friendly staff. The receptionist, med assistant and doctor were all welcoming. The place looks clean and professional too. I came in because of ear pain and Dr. Matthew Harrington who examined my ear, was soft-spoken and polite. He took time to explain everything needed.

I dislocated a finger earlier today so I went to urgent care but my insurance wasn't accepted, however, the front desk associate at that facility recommended I go to Exer Urgent Care. From the moment I walked into Exer I was warmly greeted by Allie, she assisted me fantastically with the super easy check-in process. I only waited a few minutes before Jamaica brought back to a patient room to take vitals and take x-rays. Jamaica was very patient and she made the x-ray taking process easy to sit through. Dr. Peter Su, MD provided excellent compassionate care. The x-ray came back negative and Dr. Su successfully put my finger back into place. I was in and out of Exer today in under one hour. I look forward to follow-up with Exer Urgent Care in a couple of weeks! Thank you Exer staff!
