I am very upset about 2 things and will not be coming back. I have come here since I was a teenager but have been very displeased by their care of my new baby and due to the illegal practice of balance billing on vaccinations at this facility.
They did not follow the CDC vaccination protocols with my babies vaccines and would not give us any referrals for specialists when a physical therapist saw she needed help so we had to pay out of pocket for her care. We have had to play catch up with many more doctors visits that could have been prevented.
Even though this year I had met our families out of pocket max for the year by giving birth to my daughter, they do not honor the insurance discounts by being in-network and will charge you anything they do not get from insurance, even though they signed a contract with my insurance provider. I highly recommend going somewhere else for vaccines, like CVS or Walgreens who honor their in network discounts.

Doc Desilva was straight to the point and got the ball rolling for my surgery! Staff was quick to get the insurance portion done! Very satisfied with the care

We've been going here as a family for about 5 years. We only saw Dr Silva once and found him to be very out of touch and very condescending.

So we've stuck to Dr Bilan. She's a Russian lady and is very direct. No fluffy "there-there you poor thing". She gives it straight. As a fellow European I like that, but anyone wanting softly softly won't like her. She is very free with her medications and seems knowledgeable in a wide set of areas. She does seem to have a thing for butter and ghee on your food though.

The good thing is you can always get a quick appointment. Usually next day.

But the bad thing is that they have a systemic late appointments problem. I've had appointments early in the morning, late in the morning, afternoon etc and they are always, always at least 1hr late. Even a 9am will be gone 10am when you get in. Not everyone has that time to spare.

Also worth noting that although it's 2020 they have no email facility, so if you've got results to send in etc - you have to pretend its 1985 and fax it.

Dr. Bilan is great but the administration is a joke. It’s like going back in time, everything is done over phone (appointments, refills, insurance). No way to communicate with the Dr. except to call in, leave a message and hope they’ll remember to leave it.

I saw the doctor at this office. I had some pleasant experiences but as a whole I am not impressed. I was not seen on time. The in house policy for injectable is absurd. For my condition I was told nothing was wrong and to wait. A few months pass and I needed to go to the urgent care and a specialist... I needed survey. What a terrible experience.
