My entire experience with Excel has been an amazing. I was able to get in quickly and promptly and received the best care provided by Rhonda. Making my appointments was easily done and the facility was well kept and cleaned. I will absolutely be referring my friends and family to Excel and returning there if I ever need more help. Amazing staff and office!!!

The staff at Excel in Palmer have always been the most polite, kind and knowledgeable bunch of folks you can imagine. The PT's are all fantastic. Not only do they genuinely care for each patient that comes in, they think outside the box and don't treat each case as a "seen this before, do that". You will receive personalized care tailored to your specific needs and conditions. I have been very appreciative of the care I have received and have made huge progress due to their work.

This is a safe place and a judgement free area. Rhonda, Jeff, and Coleman are all incredibly compassionate folks. They treat you with kindness and like you matter. They are great at explaining everything so you understand it. They are very knowledgeable and skilled. Everyone here is friendly and professional.

My family have been patients at Excel Physical Therapy for almost 10 years. We've had nothing but good things to say until today. My mother recently moved to Palmer and we've been diligently working to get all her medical specialists set up. We asked her medical doctor for a referral for Excel based on our past experience. Due to physical challenges, the time it takes for my mom the get ready and transported anywhere is no joke. I received a text confirming her appointment on Friday, and again on Monday. Both said to be there by 3:35, not 3:20. I get a phone call from Abby as we're five minutes away to inform us that because we weren't there at 3:20, we would have to reschedule. When I referred to the text, I was told it didn't matter what the text said. I was then asked if I wanted to reschedule or go somewhere else. I called back and ask for the office manager to give me a call... No return call. Well, needless to say, we will be going someplace else.

I was scheduled for a evaluation for 11am , I was asked to be there 10 min early for paperwork. I was stuck behind a plow truck and called to let them know I might be up to 5 minutes late , I arrived at 10:51 , and was told I had to be rescheduled. They wasted the $25 in gas it took me to get there and I was VERY unhappy with the receptionists condescending attitude. I had great experiences with them 3 years ago , but now after my treatment I will never go back .

I love Excel. I'd had problems with other places in town but Excel is professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Every single staff member there has been courteous and fun and treats you like family and the therapy itself has made a big improvement on my daily life. Definitely recommend.

Palmer Excel is the best PT that I have ever been to. Rhonda is always super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and I see such an improvement after she works with me.
She is incredible.
