I can't recommend Thomas enough! After a car accident left me in intense pain and with a concussion, I was nervous and unsure about my recovery. From the very beginning, Thomas was so patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He worked with me through those tough early days when I was in a lot of pain and slowly but surely guided me toward recovery.

Thanks to his expertise and dedication, I feel stronger, more confident, and finally able to return to the gym without fear of re-injury. Thomas didn’t just help me heal—he taught me what exercises to do and what to avoid, empowering me to take control of my fitness and prevent future injuries.

Excellent Physical therapist. I recommend the individuals who do the work. Critically though, there are failures in administration -- appointments and OVERCHARGED thousands $ in billing. I'm very happy with the therapist there but they overcharged me twice now and the appointments setting and checking in system needs work. It's a remote video system that just does not need to be and had several times no one available. I switched to CA Rehab in Newport Beach and have been happier with their lower rates, administration and PT's there too.

Never have I ever: Riley, PT extraordinaire is a Godsend. Using innovative ideas to speed the healing process - he’s priceless! Riley’s approach simply stated: PT+Patient+patience=Successful recovery. None of that repetitive treadmill; each session has become a building block upon the last (hence: no boredom). Lastly, there is a gentle spirit within Riley; his calm demeanor is HUGE as this was my first surgery / PT experience. I couldn’t have hoped for a better outcome. All fingers+toes & thumbs up!!

I lost the strength on my right leg and hardly control my daily activities. I started the treatment with Thomas at Evolution PT, Irvine facility .Thomas is the excellent Therapist. He is professional and patient to provide treatment and explains step by step during the session. I feel a lot better after 3 sessions of treatment following the home exercise he sent to me. I definitely recommend friends and family members to Evolution when needed.

Absolutely wonderful! Riley and his staff have been nothing but amazing during my rehab for my back and wrist injury. I just wish I would’ve found them sooner. Plus the facility is top notch and Riley has made every session educational and helpful.

Having experienced a variety of Physical Therapy facilities I cannot say enough about both Riley and Thomas at Evolution Therapy. I saw Riley within a week of having knee surgery. He offered the perfect balance of compassion and understanding while encouraging me to meet my goals of PT.

Both Riley and Thomas’s personal hands-on approach is refreshing after going through multiple facilities where the therapist meets with you for minutes and then passes you off to a junior therapist. They both genuinely care about your progress and work with you every step of the way. I cannot say enough about the two of them and strongly recommend them.
