Austin Streets was assigned to our family. His patience and determination to find us affordable healthcare was nothing but fantastic! Austin made double sure we understood each plan suggestion prior to signing any paperwork. He then made a follow up call to make sure cards/booklets, etc were sent timely and in order. Met Jeff Warren at a presentation he gave on Medicare Advantage plans. His presentation was very informative and answered many of the questions we had about MA plans.
