Been training here for about 4 years and it’s a great environment. All the people (workers and other people working out) are super kind. Also, Emily and Sylvia helped me through shoulder therapy and made the process much easier. Super good environment and great staff!

I went ONCE and figured out how to do My Exercises. I did the rest from the Handout. I didn't have to pay the fee They were charging. I finished My Exercises at Home and I have Full Range of Motion. I saved at least a Hundred Dollars.
