Initially Encore was amazing but has started to show signs of concern in the behavior in their operations. So, just BEWARE. Additionally keep exceptional records for your payments I have had multiple incidents about payments not be credited or incorrectly credited to the account even though not one payment has been missed, but it is now an ongoing thing to have to try to reach out to the lady that works in the finance department. I reached out to her with call back promises that cause me to ask to be late to come in to work but she never returned the call and had already told me that she would not be in the following week to take care of it either because a family member of hers was having surgery. When I called to set a meet with her the following week she told me that she would go to lunch at 4:00pm and would be back by 4:30pm no later than 4:45pm. According to my printed guest sticker I arrived at 4:51pm and staff informed me that she had gone for the evening. I've expressed to her several times that I work two jobs and how challenging it is to me to have to continue to come help them through posting payments. The only thing I can think is that a game is being played for the financial departments failure to respond when an error has been made even though promised to do so and intended to do it on purpose cause how coincidentally could I be contacting this same person for going into two weeks, calls staring December 2nd, I've spoken directly to the lady in the finance department. I have left a couple of voicemails on the main line. I speak to her on my lunch and she gives detailed instructions on her lunch and when she would be back but not be there when I arrived and it has to be on purpose because surely no one that handles the finances for a company could show magnitudes of incompetence as to not meet at the time she gave to meet her.
