This was my first appointment with Elite Dental. The dentist and staff had never met me. Please consider my evaluation of my experience. From the moment I entered Elite Dental to the time I left, I was treated better than any dentist office I had been to in my past. They all are professional, empathetic, and demonstrated great skills with their treatment of me and other patients. Truly, all other businesses of this type could learn from these dentists and all the staff at Elite Dental how dental patients should be professionally treated as they should be considered the gold standard in all of denistry. It was my first visit with Elite Dental for my biannual cleaning. I was impressed with the modern equipment and technology they use for scanning, x-rays, monitors, etc. I enjoyed the friendliness and the professionalism of the staff. I can assure you whoever is reading this you will not find a better practice. Not only have I had to bring my child to come, they play with him and even bring him toys and act like it is not even a problem even brought him a blanket. I cannot even put into words how kind everyone is! I had an insurance question and the doctor personally messaged me within the hour breaking it down so I could understand it. WHO DOES THAT?! It is so above and beyond everything! I will not be going anywhere else as long as I live in little rock! Truly the sweetest. From front desk to dental assistants, to the doctor each one a five star experience!
