Mom’s first night went well. The nurse and CNA let us know what to expect that evening. The facility is beautiful with plenty of guest spaces for visiting on her floor. While returning this morning for day two we walked into a resident activity session, fun stuff. Every person we have encountered has been very nice. The goal is to make a home here at Elevate for our mom.

This nursing home is one of the best nursing homes. I've seen in a while. Came to visit my cousin for his 70th. Birthday celebration and the break room. The staff was so accommodating. Everyone was so nice and friendly. My cousin is very well taken care of in this place. Which gives us peace of mind? He is happy there and we'll know. The staff was friendly and everyone loves my cousin.
I will, I will actually recommend. This facility to someone in need.Thanks for the great hospitality and taking good care of my cousin

The floor that I was on was immaculately clean, Smells Clean and the staff was very friendly. walking into the building you would think you’re walking into a luxury hotel. I used to work in many nursing homes. I give this nursing home five stars plus!

My Mother received Hospice Care at Elevate Country Club Hills. Trusting a facility to care for my mom after a bad experience with a different facility was a difficult decision. But, Elevate Country Club Hills was a God ordained decision, in my opinion. Everything about the experience was excellent. The staff was caring and kind. My mom's care was excellent. They really went the extra mile. When my mother passed away, she did so in peace and comfort. The staff was quite comforting to her and my family as she transitioned. I have referred several friends and family whose love one's needed quality and compassionate care. They have all been quite satisfied with the care their loved one's experience at Elevate Country Club Hills.

My mom was transfered there on New Years day after many complications from a hip replacement in Nov. She was at 2 other rehab facilities and wish she came here on her first visit after surgery. The care has been wonderful and the attention you are all giving her is amazing. And the kindness of every staff member really warms our hearts. We are so happy that we can be assured that she is being taken care of, even when we are not there. I will recommend Elevate CCHills to anyone who is in need of this type of care.

The WORST place ever. When you walk in, the lobby is beautiful, but the receptionist has little to no welcoming, friendly or helpful manner. Speaks if spoken to. I put my 100 year old mother in this place for what was supposed to be a 3-4 week stay, and removed her in the first week. The rooms are dark and shabby, not at all conducive for healing. The first night, the CNA was agitated that my mother requested the bed pan twice, but didn't have to use it right away. The food looked like it was fit for dogs and arrived cold. The doctor was non-responsive to my request to speak with him regarding my mother's condition. There was little-to-no customer service. The day or so after my mother was discharged, I had a couple of questions for two different staff members, left a couple messages and they never returned my call. I could go on and on about the negative experience both me and my mother had about this place, but enough said. If they cared for animals at this place, I wouldn't take my dog there!

Today (11-26) was an awesome day at Elevate Care CCH location. The nursing staff was professional and courteous. The facility is always clean. Most important, whenever I have a concern, management actually takes the time to listen. Thank you Elevate Care for understanding.

This place is nothing nice. All cosmetically made up to make you believe that your love will be taken care of accordingly, but they won’t. I’m very disappointed that I made the decision to go with elevate care in CCH. I allowed them to look over my love one and they left my companion dirty and gagging on his own secretion to therefore end up hospitalized .
During that time -

My companion wasn’t housed in this facility for more then a week before he was hospitalized for not being suctioned in timl you OK Gene OKand this facility seemed to only be concerned about receiving your love ones personal income and not for him or his medical condition as a person .

They are not experienced and wound care or management of trakes

This place is not what the reviews claim it is and more than likely are coming from Employee owners ,employees and colleagues. These people are just there to pretend they are there to help your loved when they are doing just enough to pacify certain clients and their families although in all
actuality if your loved one isn’t able to Talk or do for themselves, they will be mistreated ,left dirty in their own urine and feces.

I will frequently go to visit my companion and would find him an awkward positions/dirty grown as if he was unattended for days if they don’t have love ones to come and check up in on them.
