Genuinely get new staff. No one picks up the phone, no one returns phone calls, they lose important documents and drag their feet on everything. These are people life's that are in their hands and they cant be bothered to care.

Can't speak to a duty worker, left numerous messages everyday over weeks, no response. Even the supervisor, called and left a message, no response. My husband went into the office to be rudely turned away. They don't care if you're in an emergency financially. It's in process, could take up to 30 days, it's already been.

Called and called and called to get in touch with someone for a weeks with no response. Urgent situation to get my newborn baby’s medical situated so not really something I could put off for months and months. Finally was told to come into the office to talk to someone. I specifically asked if they were good about not coming into work sick as I would have to bring my newborn baby in with me for obvious reasons (he is not bottle fed!), receptionist assured me it was safe to bring a newborn into the office. Came by only to have 7 people helped before me and a case worker coughing up a storm NOT EVEN COVERING HER MOUTH, like a total inconsiderate disgusting human. I thought ok maybe she’s got allergies, no one would come to work sick like that and not even have the decency to cover their mouth unless they weren’t sick sick. Then I hear her on a personal call talking about how she’s still sick and COULD POSSIBLY HAVE A PNEUMONIA. Are you f ing kidding me!? That could KILL my newborn. Thankfully I got him the RSV vaccine when he was born. Now here I am sick as heck. Thank you, you are a very inconsiderate and gross person and I think you should rethink your career choice. And also shame on the receptionist that assured me it was a safe space health wise to bring a newborn into. All in all disgusting place, I hope I never need to return here again.

If you can avoid bringing a newborn or someone with immune compromised health, avoid because these people don’t care at all about your or your families well being. If I knew her name I would place a complaint . All I can say (unfortunately) was she was very heavy set with brown hair tied in a bun on top of her head.

I find it absolutely Ridiculous that most of the workers can only do over phone now.... and if u miss there call... good luck Because you'll never get a hold of them it goes straight to the voicemail everytime..... And you have any kind of luck I'll call you back Right away... But that's if they actually through their job and respond to peoples voicemails.... I always have to go in because trying to get a hold of someone to get you're benefits is nearly impossible so going in helps a lot Even though they don't want you to And tell you They will call you... This facility is just super difficult to work with makes me feel like a have a busy life and that's why they don't Pick up their phones
