Company is being run by a bunch of scam artists tried to charge $30,000 to FIX work that was done there previously through a Workman’s Comp claim!!! All we wanted was a removable dental insert retainer replaced that was done previously by THEIR office!!! Nice how they took their money and left their client hanging without front teeth after having them smashed by a pipe in the village at work helicoptered out went through facial reconstructive surgery all worked out great until he ended up at this joke for a dentist. 3 years later I just paid $3,400 for what they wanted $14,000 to do the same thing for that should have been fixed under work comp first time!!!!

Dr. Halder & his staff are very knowledgeable , caring , & efficient. I had 3 issues I discussed and they were on it and solved them same day, I am grateful we have a caring dental team out in eagle river that get you in quick and are very thorough & caring with their patients!

Eagle River Smiles=Superb!!! The entire team that took care of my dental needs were just simply amazing! Many thanks to Dr Parks, Clinic Dental Assistant Kara and Administrator Hannah. All were very professional, kind and very informative. Best Dental Appointment I've ever experienced. I left feeling completely satisfied and looking forward to my next visit. Definitely Recommend for family, friends, co-workers both young and old. Lovely people, Great location, friendly and Professional service

In 2019 I had an appt late in the afternoon. No dental hygienist was there for my appt nor was the dentist. I waited in the freezing office for 45 min just for someone to show up and do my cleaning. After that, I had to wait another hour for the dentist to show up. What kind of clinic are you running that you’d schedule a patient and no one to be there to perform any of the services? The dentist (female, Korean) was ultra rude, didn’t bother introducing herself, and did not wash her hands or put both gloves on until I asked her to. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone, I have never witnessed such unprofessional behavior before.

Kelli, Kim were my doctors for my wisdom teeth removal and the were complete within 15 or so minutes. They were fast and I experienced very little pain. I highly recommend them and the dental office.

TODDLER APPROVED! It was my 3 year old son's first time at a dental office and Kara made it really enjoyable for him and helped him to feel safe. My husband had a bit of a dental emergency and Dr. Hyeong and his staff were so gracious to stay very late on a Friday to perform surgery. We are very greatful and our entire family is transfering to this clinic because of the exceptional service we recieved. Thanks a thousand times to everyone at Eagle River Smiles! We appreciate you all!

Amazing work and people I was so nervous for my wisdom teeth extractions, took Dr. Oshie 3 minutes to pull all 4! Painless and fast. Highly recommend these guys!

Willow was my dental assistant, Shelby was the admin, and Dr Park was the dentist. They were all awesome and made the transition to a new dentist very easy!
