Great ambiance, comfortable feeling from first time walking in. Friendly desk service every time! Getting the help I need with Catherine, is so important for my self care and mental health. I enjoy visiting to discuss anything that may be going on in my life I need help with.
Catherine is professional and very personable, willing to work diligently with you to find what treatment best works for you.
I switched my treatment to better suit me with no feeling of it being a hassle, Catherine has paperwork to read on diff treatments and what you can expect them to help with. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing therapy, a listening ear, or help in whatever difficulties you may need to discuss.
So happy to have a great place to go close to home in Eagle River! Thank you

Highly recommend Cat! If you are a military dependent looking for a bit of extra mental health care she is perfect. Availability is amazing, she listens to you, and was able to diagnose a condition my pcms missed.

Overall I’m very appreciative to Cat because on base I would wait months to change my meds if they weren’t working, I couldn’t even talk to my pcm, but being able to see her I was able to get on the proper meds to help my mental health in a timely manner!
