I had a broken tooth and had never been to Dr. Van Dyck's Dentistry but a friend took me there to see what they could possibly do for me. They not only helped me but worked me in to their busy schedule, on that same day. They did some temporary repair on that broken tooth and informed me that I needed a crown to correctly fix it. They scheduled my next appointment quickly and did an amazing job on installing the new crown. My new crown is perfect and I have not had any pain or problems with it. The Office Staff cheerfully set up another appointment to get my teeth cleaned and it also turned out to be a very pleasant experience. Dr. Van Dyck and his devoted team made all of my visits enjoyable, painless and showed such fantastic customer care. From being greeted in a friendly manner as soon as you enter, to leaving the Office; you know that you just experienced great customer service! I have highly recommend this Dentist to all my friends and relatives and Dr. Van Dyck will always be my "Go to Dentist" from now on!

I've had a lot of work done to my teeth over the years with 3 root canals and countless cavities. I've always hated dentist visits and have general anxiety about going to see the dentist but I actually love Dr. Van Dyck Dentistry! They are kind and take time to explain things to me. I can trust that they will do their job well and do it right. Dr. Van Dyck is a good dentist and a good man and the entire staff is pleasant and easy to talk to. The whole office is well run. They are just so good! The Chick-Fil-A of dentistry.

We've been going to Dr Van Dyck's office for about 6 years. He and his staff have always been so great with my kids! They talk to the kids like real people, and remember them between visits. Dr Van Dyck has made personal phone calls to check on the kids following having dental work done. My kids always look forward to going to see the dentist because everyone is so nice there!

I love how they explain what they are doing, why, the cost/time and ask if I’m ok with that! Dr Van Dyck is so kind and respectful to the people that work for him. He was friendly in his tone of voice and thanked them when they were helpful to him. It’s refreshing to see a doctor show gratitude, rather than entitlement. They are so clean and efficient! Dr. Vandyck and his team are hands down the best dentist I've ever been to! They are always professional, friendly, knowledgeable and do nothing short of great work. I've been going to Dr. Van Dyck for years. My husband and I moved to Springdale in October of '17 and had found out our dental insurance was out of network with him later on after our move. We decided to try someone else and booked an appointment with a new dentist closer to us in July of '19. Previously with Van Dyke, I had no cavities that needed fillings, a few teeth he was watching, but nothing that needed to be fixed. After going to this new dentist, she said I had FOURTEEN cavities!! I immediately called Dr. Van Dyke and said I didn't care if our insurance was out of network. I needed to get a second opinion with him asap! They got me in within a good amount of time, retook X-rays as the new dentist's X-rays were of poor quality and did another exam. He did SUCH a good job at explaining to me what was what with each tooth and going over any/all concerns. After my exam he found only 1 cavity he felt needed fillings. ONE out of "fourteen". Him and his wonderful, wonderful staff (they get 5 stars, too!!!) are worth the trip to me from Springdale to Siloam and paying anything out of network insurance doesn't cover. They are absolutely wonderful!!

Dr Van Dyck and his staff are awesome, they are very respect and considerate. I have always had issues with going to the dentist even for the smallest thing and have always had to have some kind of meds to keep me calm, but with Dr. Van Dyck I have never had to use any kind of meds to keep calm. I would recommend them to everyone

I made an appointment to get a crown re-cemented. The dental assistant told me my crown had a hole in it which was my fault that I didn't notice. She took x-rays and bruised the gums on the inside of my lower jaw, it is very sore. Dr VanDyck spent one minute looking at my tooth and said I would have to come back to get an impression because he was didn't have time. The appointment was long enough to make the impression because it was made to re-cement the crown. The assistant led me out of the exam room without giving the gold crown back to me. When I asked for it, she asked "you really want it back" and I confirmed yes. I made an appointment with another dentist in the office before I left. I was so disgusted with VanDyck Dentistry I called and cancelled the appointment. When Dakota asked if I wanted to re-schedule, I said I don't plan on coming back. She okay and didn't seem to care. This was a total waste of $87. They will never get any more of my money again.
