I trust Dr. Colbert completely with my dental needs, which have been extensive. She is highly competent and balances her skills with a sense of humor that puts me at ease and makes an otherwise unpleasant trip to the dentist more palatable. Her assistant, Chris, is very helpful and personable. I am perplexed by the negative reviews on this site.

Very rude and unprofessional front office/receptionist Chris. She'll tell you MULTIPLE times as well, "I'm the office manager." She'll flat out right tell you, "I'm very busy and having a bad day" like it's your fault!!!
WARNING: Your conversation with her may NOT be private without your knowledge as she told me herself
Dr Colbert overheard the phone call (? wonder who else in the office did that day). Certainly don't follow HIPPA guidelines. Also BEWARE this Chris decides your course of treatment without YOU being able to speak to the dentist herself. For example: After being approved by a claim submitted to Highmark Insurance Co. by Dr Colbert for a crown replacement of a front tooth (specifically tooth #7) the receptionist Chris decided NOW the tooth will have to be pulled AND I would be leaving the office without a front tooth!!! I was referred to this dentist by a compassionate and concerned peridontis only to be treated with disrespect and unwillingness to discuss the treatment plan with the dentist. WARNING: If you decide to see this dentist be prepared for the receptionist Chris to decide your plan of care because even after MULTIPLE phone calls to contact this dentist for clarification...Dr Stacey Colbert does NOT return phone calls even after calling her emergency line!!!!!!

I had the best experience with Dr. Colbert and the receptionist Chris!!!! They were the best. I was always afraid of dentists but the took that fear right out of me. I have had my teeth several months now and they fit perfectly. I would advise everyone to go there.

Went to her a few times and really liked her and her front office assistant UNTIL....they gave me an appt card for a future appt then I showed up on that date (the date on the appt card) but, they told me they didn't have me on their books for that day. Apologized to me but, wouldn't see me that evening after I traveled to the apt from work in Canonsburg. Tried to resched appt w/them but, they have not returned any of my numerous calls to them. Even left msg with the doctor hereself and no return call which is just RUDE not to mention unprofessional. They acted like I'm the bad guy here. I showed up for apt date I was given on apt card, they didn't have me on their books so, their error (front desk's error), NOT mine! Oh well, plenty of other dentists out there!
