I called your office today around 4:18 PM to schedule an appointment, and unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing. The person (woman) who answered the phone sounded impatient from the start. After I explained why I was calling, she asked which doctor I wanted to see. I mentioned that I had no preference, and without any notice, she abruptly put me on hold.

When she returned after about 30 seconds, she said "hello" twice. Even though I responded, she acted as if there was no reply and then hung up on me. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where patients expect kindness and respect.

Dr. Salma, based on the reviews, I believe you are a great doctor, which is why I chose to reach out to your office despite my physician recommending otherwise. However, after this encounter, I’ve decided not to proceed. A practice is only as strong as its staff, and the lack of professionalism I experienced today is concerning. I hope this is addressed, as no patient should feel dismissed or disrespected when seeking care.

‼‼I would not recommend this place‼

Took my client here after seeing the good reviews. But he Was told by Doctor Jessica Arneson that he needed SURGERY TO REMOVE PART OF HIS TOE due to a bone infection .

They called us soon after his appt around 2-3 times to speak about surgery and proposed no other options

We received two other opinions from Doctors and they both recommend antibiotics and the bone infection was healing in 2 weeks and is now completely gone.

Not only were they trying to rush my elderly client to have surgery but I fear if other elderly clients have no one to advocate for them then they will be taken advantage of.

I tried to call the owner of this Office to discuss but I did not hear back.

We still can't believe this happened to him and other are shocked when we share. It so dangerous especially for older patients with vulnerable health. Shame on this team

Dr. Aziz has been my podiatrist for years. She has treated me successfully for several different foot/toe injuries each time I have seen her. My most recent visit was due to an injured Achilles tendon as well as plantar fasciitis. Dr. Aziz recommended a stem cell injection to assist in the healing process. WOW DID IT WORK!!! Four weeks later and my Achilles tendon is completely healed … no pain whatsoever. I am so happy. Thank you so much Dr. Aziz as well as your entire staff who are always extremely efficient, personable and helpful!

A sincere thanks to Ms. Jenn, Dr. Arneson, and Dr. Aziz for their punctual, thorough, patient, and extremely comprehensive care.

I was attended to by Dr. Arneson and Ms. Jenn with such kind and humanistic bedside manner and I really appreciated it. They patiently and thoroughly addressed all of my questions, concerns, and ailments with such thoughtfulness and all in an easily understandable way. I walked away feeling so much more knowledgeable and better equipped on how to care for my 👣 and ankle health. I feel like I just got out of a fun health and anatomy class in school.

I write this review with joy as I truly appreciated your guys’ care today. I want to send a special thank you to Ms. Jenn for making me laugh so much with her stories. It truly made my day so thank you.

I had a 10/10 experience with these podiatrists and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for qualified, caring, and thorough professionals in the area of podiatry. Thank you guys so much and I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I Was told I needed to put down a $250 deposit for my custom made insoles, which I did. After insurance reimbursement I would get the refund. Insurance covered the insoles and I never got a refund. It took me almost 6 months to get my refund. After getting the run around from the receptionist and Dr. Aziz herself. I finally had to show up in person and demand my money back. She kept making the excuse that she had to fire her medical accountant due to reasons I could care less about. Extremely unprofessional and seriously the worst experience I’ve ever had to deal with especially at a doctors office. I highly recommend you find somewhere else to go because I felt scammed and got nothing but excuses time after time.
