Needed emergency work done on my broken crown and a temporary filling. Most of the work that was required was covered by my insurance. An additional $1,600 was added to my bill that my insurance did not cover. My total bill was $2600 and I needed to pay half down in cash ($1350) because, according to them, most of the work was not covered. I called my insurance and they stated that I have crown coverage! I would never recommend anyone to come here! And they have an invisible receptionist! You have to check in through a laptop. So impersonal!

Was getting a cavity filled and after I was done, the doctor and technician realized (and admitted to me) that they used a needle that was too big to numb me. There was no apology or acknowledgement of error. It seemed like a joke to them both. Do not recommend.

Trifling be fearful be very fearful of this office. No one is trained, dental, assistant, nor administratively. It's as if it is 'cost-prohibitive' MUST be their motto. Stepping over dollars to pick up dimes. shiest handling of accounts payable, and even more over they consider payments first over their patients health, which is why, I picked up and possible infection after being allowed by them to leave, being under anesthetics. They then told me that I cannot have the work completed till I come out of pocket for $1200 cash. Had they told me that before, the procedure started I would have reconsidered until I got the money, but no they worked it perfectly and they left me and my tooth out for slaughtering. DO NOT GO TO THESE CRIMINALS!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!
