We arrived in Los Angeles 8 years ago with a green card in our pocket.
My son #4 was born seven months later.
Finding a good pediatrician was a double challenge since I come from the medical field. We immediately had no private insurance, so this became three times harder. After searching and calling all those clinics, I found her!
And dr.Rena Keynigshteyn was fantastic. Very well educated, intelligent, and wise professionally. Kindhearted and pleasant as a person. I felt right away my son is in good hands.
She never pushed me about my baby's vaccination according to the American vaccine schedule (one of my most essential concerns). I just loved discussing European and American medicine with her. We always found the best ways together to serve my baby's best interest.

She caused us lots of concern saying our baby was unable to sit and had a developmental problem. Wanted us to bring our 6 months old to a physical therapist she recommended urgently. Rena is our pediatrician.The doctor will examine your baby carefully: feel baby pulse, sound baby chest, heart and lungs, test baby blood pressure. The only thing you should do is to follow his directions. Rena is very professional. Our first meeting was amazing. She told all information about baby health.
