I have Bluecross/Blueshield insurance. I had to pay up front a large amount at my visit, even though my insurance was supposed to cover. That was over a year ago, and the insurance claim was never filed correctly. I found out from BCBC that the claim was hand written, and that they can't process hand written claims. My insurance spoke with Ms. Baker and offered to give them an updated computer program. Ms. Baker refused. That is very unprofessional in my opinion since I was told they process BCBS. I have since changed dentist, and went in March. I paid nothing up front and the insurance claim has already been processed.

On Christmas Eve my husband developed severe tooth pain and called Dr. Baker’s after hours phone number and left a message. Within 30 minutes she returned the call. She called in prescription for antibiotics and something for pain. By the end of that call he had an appointment to get the tooth checked out. Later that evening when the pain had not subsided he called again. Dr.Baker was at Christmas Eve church services and said she would meet us at her office as soon as service was over. She did an emergency root canal that night. Both my husband and I were very thankful and impressed with the patient service that she provided.
We recommend people that need dental care to her all the time and after what she did for my husband on a holiday, well…we will be patients for as long as she has a practice within driving distance of our home.

She is the best. She took me right in when I was in so much pain from decay from previous crowns and root canals. She fixed them with care and professionally. They have a great staff. Thank you so much.

Very polite they got me in and out with no problem. Its caring place I would strongly recommend thos dentist to everyone
