Excellent doctors office. I take my grandparents here all the time, and despite their ailments, Dr Patel always takes the time to make them feel comfortable and listens to their issues. I had an appointment made to see Dr.Patel,I went to do Labs a week before and the day before my appointment at 4:45 in the afternoon I got a call from the office telling me that my appointment was cancel because they were over booked,I reported to my insurance and they said they need to conduct an investigation because they didn't see any reason for what they did,they will not reschedule my appointment,I will continue with the complaint with the insurance until action is taken.
