What a good experience as it usually is here at Eagle Summit. It’s so nice to be seen on time and getting me on my way. Stacy is such a thorough dental hygienist?. I’ll be back next week to have a filling and a new crown put on by Dr. Sanders and I know I will be in good gentle hands.

As always, great clinical service at Eagle Summit Dental Group. The entire team is amazing but Dr. Land IV brought his incredible skills and great bedside manner to the game. Service was fast/timely and the admin support staff are always a pleasure to work with on billing and insurance issues. I was called the night prior by company to move forward my appointment. I arrived 20 early checked in and waited. I was the only one in the lobby at the time. I sat until approximately 10:15 (appointment was at 10 am) during this time the lobby had filled up to around 7-8 people and all of them had been called into the back and i was left in the lobby alone again. I got up and cancelled my appointment at that time. Your company needs to understand that we pay you for a service and with that service we should expect at least a heads up with what is going on. No update no explanation was given to me on why i was still waiting, no i am not that petty normally but i was taking time away from work to be at this appointment and i was losing money waiting and your company asked me to come in earlier. Will not be using your service again. They do good workif you can be seen.
