I would love if google maps could -minus stars for this precise situations. After answering the phone, not lettting me talk and making wait for about 15mins. Then they ask me being a 1st time patient for a referral to visit a Dentist? This is basically an office for staff that actually doesnt want to do their job or dont know how to their job or basically they ask for "referral" to not make any more appointments to not do their job and obviously horrible 1st impression for this Dentist. Get it together with your staff and "your policy" that doesnt make any sense.
