DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST OFFICE. I am currently trying to sue this dental office for messing up my teeth so bad that the next dentist I went to was shocked to see what she did. SHE TOLD ME I HAD 12 Cavities BUT MY NEW DENTIST SAID THAT MAY HAVE NOT BEEN THE CASE. She also did a horrible job filling my "cavities" as well resulting in one falling out and others starting to slowly what feels like sinking down. DO NOT GO HERE. My mother never looked at the reviews of this place when she took me here in the past. If you want you and your family to have healthy teeth go somewhere else.

This place does not deserve even one star!
Have been going to her for 5 years. Every time she has to do work on me and she has to numb my mouth she has to give me 5 (yes I said 5 needles) just for the Novacaine to work. Instead of using the strong stuff from the beginning she would much rather give me 5 needles and before giving me the needles I tell her that per her⦠I have thick membranes which take more medication and I would ask for the strong medication. She just would say ok⦠and I trusted her and still needed the 5 shots. I always gave her the benefit of the doubt. I now have heart problems caused by Covid and she told me itās all in my head and I donāt need heart/BP medications lol.
Then today I call to make an appointment for a cleaning and the receptionist/ hygienist says she donāt want you back because you have a bill. I said how much is the bill she says $27.00 lol⦠I said are you kidding me and she said no, I wish I was! I then said I normally pay my bill when I come in⦠Iāve always done that and she didnāt know what to say⦠she kinda stuttered for a second. Then she started to sayā¦let me go seeā¦and I then interrupted her and said.. ya know what⦠no donāt⦠I donāt want to go to a Dentist that acts like that. Iāll find a new Dentist and Iāll reach out for my records once I find one. Said have a happy new year and hung up.
Wow, lol itās $27.00 dollars⦠this woman is gonna put herself out of business!
Things must be really bad her business if she is dropping me as a loyal patient over $27.00 which she knows I always pay the bill when I come in. Lol
Just do yourself a favor and donāt waste your time⦠go somewhere else!

The first receptionist I spoke to last week was very rude and short with me when she called back to make my daughter's appointment. She scheduled me for Wednesday, telling me that they "basically only do Wednesdays". I called this morning (Tuesday), to reschedule as I wasn't able to make it for her appointment. The receptionist I spoke to today was very nice, but tells me that her appointment was today, Tuesday, and since I was cancelling such short notice, she would not be able to be seen by them at all, now or in the future. Office policy that I, as a new patient did not know about, and I *know* my daughter's appointment was not scheduled for today. And if it were, I was lied to by the first receptionist I spoke to. I'm sure Dr Kotch is a good dentist - I chose her because she was highly recommended to me by friends, but I will not find out for myself now.

I will never in a million years step foot into this office ever again! My insurance changed so I needed a new dentist. I ended up going to Dr kotch. She filled some cavities and then about a week later I was still in pain. Called them and they told me what to do so I did it for about 3 weeks hoping the pain would go away. It never did. I called them again and they told me they wouldn't see me and there is nothing they can do for me. She laughed at me over the phone. I had to make an appointment with my old Dr who didn't take my insurance. They are uncaring and rude. Don't waste your time.

Stay away from this office. I went here with my son a year ago and they refused to clean our teeth. He needed his wisdom teeth removed but refused to treat his cavities or clean his teeth. They told me to go to the LCCC dental clinic for my teeth cleaning. They said I had 12 cavities. 3 months later at the LCCC dental clinic they said I have 0 cavities. I told them what Dr. Kotch said and they rolled their eyes and said she's infamous for this. I choose a new dentist and they asked me who I had seen before and why I was switching and as soon as I said Dr. Kotch the receptionist said, "Oh, she's a terrible dentist." The receptionist asked me to call for my x-rays because Dr. Kotch's office refuses to send any records. You know when a dentist is so infamous that all dental staff in the valley immediately groan at the sound of her name, you really need to stay far far away.

I called to schedule an appointment due to a cavity that was found at my LCCC hygiene appointment. I went in today for them to evaluate the tooth(#4.) Doctor Kotch is refusing to fix it until I get my wisdom teeth extracted(my consultation with oral surgery is in 6 months.) I work in a dental office and this is the most absurd thing I've ever heard! I will not ever step foot in her office again

My son had a check up six months ago. Full set of xrays and cleaning. Was shown his xrays and told by Dr. Kotch personally that his teeth were fine and he had zero cavities. Fast forward four months and he needed a temporary spacer removed. She refused to do the procedure, and then informed us that we needed to make an appointment to repair the 11, yes 11 cavities that were found during his last visit. I was livid! I called another well known local dentist who told us to come to right to his office that day. He removed his spacer with a simple pair of pliers within two minutes.
Fast forward to today when he had his annual cleaning with his NEW dentist who removed the spacer. Not only could the dentist not find a single cavity, but they were shocked that his old dentist never sealed his 6 year molars to prevent any cavities. I am 100% convinced that the sealant was never mention from Dr. Kotch to promote ācontinued businessā at the expense of my son.
If you go there, which I would HIGHLY recommend against and are told you have cavities, GET A SECOND OPINION!!

Please do not go here. The staff can be friendly, however she has a large sign promoting Infowars directly under the tv blasting Fox News. While undergoing chemotherapy for my cancer diagnosis, she constantly questioned why I would undergo chemo treatment and bone therapy. I agree with the other poster, she is a conspiracy theorist and should not be treating patients.
