5 stars all the way. I've been seeing Dr Houlihan over 10 yrs and feel like I'm listened to and my issues are addressed. He makes sure I understand everything as well. And he's always so kind. Talks TO me not down at me. So important. And my husband and I both feel comfortable talking about any issues we are having.
And Pilar! Love her!!!!She gets you ready for the dr. and is not only super sweet but has a great personality. She's exceptional at drawing blood also. I make appts easily and if I'm getting close to running out of my rx they've always made sure I had what I needed until I could see the doctor. They are Excellent!!! On my way there now in fact.

I would give Dr Houlihan himself 5 stars, but I have to give this office’s prescription drug support process 1 star; therefore am assigning an overall 3 star rating. If you are taking no prescriptions, or get them filled locally, you will be very happy with Dr Houlihan and his staff. If you, like me, must use ExpressScripts(mail service) for maintenance medications, collaboration on behalf of the patient between the two medical entities is sorely lacking, creating an unacceptable level of stress on me. I left this practice and am happy to report that my new doctor has been able to successfully collaborate with ExpressScripts. I’ve had not one bit of trouble which seems to confirm my decision to move on.

Its rare when a doctor, nowadays will take the time to answer all your questions/concerns without trying to get out of the room. Dr Houlihan genuinely cares about his patients, and it shows in the way he speaks with you. I highly recommend him.

I love him as my primary care I feel he is caring and listens ..However you can NEVER and I mean NEVER get through to the office of you want to make an appointment you better go there!
