Have been searching for a great dentist for 2-1/2 years and finally found one in Dr. Josh McCormick DDS! Kind, understanding, gentle, considerate when it comes to my needs as a patient, and wonderful hygienists and office staff! I do not have insurance - his prices are fair and competitive. He is also very conservative and does not recommend unnecessary procedures. Highly recommended!

My visits to the Dentist office are a pleasure these days. Dr. McCormick and his staff are always professional and still have the ability to make you feel at home , even if you are at a dentist office. Dr. McCormick does a great job in his work, you can tell he like what he is doing and really cares about his patients. Thank you for your great service.

I have been coming here since 2020 and had a bad experience here with billing.

Although the dentist and hygienist care here are excellent, their billing staff appears to be ill-prepared for anything outside of the ordinary. I'm seeing a periodontist and alternate care between sites and expect this office as my primary dentist to guide and optimize my insurance. They instead blindsided and sent me a bill charging me more for an exam and cleaning than a specialist does.

I've had better experiences at my previous dentists as they took ownership of my insurance plan and would warn me if things were not covered.

I tried working it out with them but the office staff was pretty adamant that there was no way to compromise outside of me paying the entire bill, which could easily have been avoided if we scheduled my appointment 2 months later into the new year. Or again, at least a heads up would have been nice.

My sister had a similar experience when she needed a dental implant - the staff was clueless in helping her explore payment options. She's since left and now I am too, which I why I feel compelled to share these experiences.

If you have any outside needs from general dentistry, I'd recommend finding a different office as they can't seem to handle notifying patients that insurance may not cover some of their services.

Our family has been visiting this office for over 10 years. We are always treated with a warm welcome by Stephanie(Office Mgr) as we enter the waiting area. Soon after Micaela or one of the other hygienist will call us in to one of the rooms for the appointment. The office interior is clean and all the medical equipment up to date. I have had a couple of crowns fabricated on site and put in during the same appointments with no complaints. Dr McCormick is easy to talk to, he is very knowledgeable and displays a genuine interest in his patients care. Overall our family is fortunate to benefit from the professional and excellent service from Dr McCormick and his team.

I love everyone who works here! They are so friendly, extremely efficient, professional and accommodating. I had very sensitive teeth and so many poor experiences before I started coming here. I have used two of the hygienists and they are both fantastic. Dr. McCormick is super nice and gets the job done.

Dr. McCormick and has staff are amazing! I started going to this office after moving to the East Bay. I had been with my previous dentist since I was a child and was nervous about visiting a new office. However, those nerves were put to rest after my first visit. The entire staff is personable, the office is clean, and Dr. McCormick is a wonderful dentist.

The staff at Josh McCormick dentistry office are very kind, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. The services he offers his clients is excellent. He is very good in all facets .. from explaining options, discuss needs, and ensures customers are completely satisfied with the final results. I have had, crowns, implants, and bridges with complete satisfaction. I use to hate to go to the dentist , as most people, but he makes sure your comfortable, pain free. He is, by far, the best dentist I have ever used and could not be more pleased with his work and the entire experience from all staff.
