5 stars for dr Trompeter but the staff are so disrespectful to the doctor, they tell him what to do and interrupt appointments to tell him to hurry. He’s very compassionate and takes his time! I recommend him but the front desk staff are the worst people I’ve ever been around in my entire life ever!

They get paid by the doctor but boss him around and disrespect him. He puts up with them, that shows how much patience he has! I’ve never been in a professional place and seen this kind of thing ever, these women treat him as if he’s some kid!

They are also really hard to get ahold of for prior authorizations and they are mostly late turning their phones back on after lunch hours. One of them has their kid running into patient rooms and runs around the office. Can you say HIPAA?!?! Doctor Trompeter you deserve better people in your office that will respect you! Thanks for being an awesome doctor!

Dr. Trompeter is a great doctor and a very sweet man, but the front desk staff are awful. It’s shocking how rude and incompetent they are. I didn’t even feel comfortable having to call twice in the same day for questions regarding my medical records and decided to immediately change physicians that same day due to the lack of customer service skills possessed by both women that answered my phone calls. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt until I read another review confirming that they’re just terrible at their job. It’s a shame really because Dr. Trompeter is amazing himself.

I will just start by saying that the doctor is very nice and knowledgeable but the staff is pure trash!
They do not know how to treat people and they should not have a job as a front office in a pediatric clinic if they can not act like professionals. I tried to make an appointment to my sick child and was treated really bad by whoever was the person that answered the phone. I will take my child somewhere else from now on. It is a shame since I really liked the doctor, unfortunately his front desk is disgusting. He really needs to hire competent and compassionate people.

Dr Trompeter is an extremely caring and knowledgeable Pediatrician. Various family members have been blessed with his care over the past 30 years. I would not consider taking my children to any other Doctor. He is a truly an honorable man.

He tried to snipe our son as a patient when he was born. We told him we already had a pediatrician, but he insisted we come to him. We didn’t.
