I used to be terrified of visiting the dentist until I found Dr. Royer. He took the time over several initial visits to make me feel as safe and comfortable as possible. He talks me through every step of the process (which I enjoy). I've never experienced a dentist that puts as much effort as he does into ensuring a patient's comfort and calming their fears. Dr. Royer and Colleen both genuinely care about their patients. They've gone above and beyond to provide urgent and quality care for me on several occasions. I wish I knew about this practice sooner. They are saints and I'm so thankful I found them!

as someone who gets super anxious at the dentist, i have had the best experience here! they are the nicest people who make you feel so comfortable and treat you like family. dr royer is so kind and patient and his wife is absolutely amazing! i’ve never been to a more professional and kind hearted dentist!

Dr. Royer himself is a wonderful dentist. I would recommend him for his work. Now with that said, his wife Colleen who runs the admin side of it is very difficult to deal with. I had a balance from a root canal after my insurance covered some of it but it wasn’t until I saw a huge previously balance did they bill my old insurance to get the majority of it taken down. Now, I was making payments but I moved and when I forwarded mail nothing ever came so I thought I was done paying. Well, I was not. I offered to start making payments and was told that $25 a month on $400 owed wasn’t good enough. Ok...I offered then $50. Still not enough. I was told before I could get my teeth cleaned to pay at least $200 or he would not see me for my teeth cleaning which is free through my insurance. So with that, I found a new dentist and I was going to just pay them the $400 I owe them. Only problem with this is that once they found out I was leaving, they sent it into collections. Nice move. So, the reason their business gets one star is I don’t know who condones this type of business but it was shady and underhanded. I will pay someone else and make sure the $400 is taken care of.

Dr Royer is a good dentist but we are considering leaving him because we have had a lot of flack to cancel and reschedule for any reason today was a snowstorm and I canceled but I am afraid to call back because of our previous experience it has become very uncomfortable for us
