Probably the nicest and most helpful practice I've ever been to. Everyone there is super friendly, and truly seem to want to help every patient. When I came to an appointment a day early (my bad), the office and doctors coordinated and were able to schedule me in. When I had an issue with my retainer, they made it a priority to get me in that day to fix it.

I've honestly never had one bad experience - from the organized and very friendly office staff to the skilled and knowledgeable doctors and assistants, everyone is amazing.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this practice. We've had two of our children go through the practice and am actually glad we have another. It's always a pleasure to see this staff and their smiling faces. They are all incredibly kind and accommodating. And Tracey is wonderful! She has helped me immensely over the years. The absolute best!

Once a girl took the top and bottom bands off, put new on the top, was rambling on about her childhood room being purple and sent me on my way. I had to tell the receptionist that I thought she forgot to put on my bottom bands to be nice and had to go back in to get my bottom bands on. The receptionist was nice 1/2 of the time but the other half of the time she seemed as if she was annoyed. Not sure if she was annoyed because she had to deal with me, a child and not my parent or what. Sometimes it was just downright painful too. But despite overcorrecting my teeth and the constant urge to bite them, the staff was nice.
