I should have known what to expect, after my first visit I was charged for something that wasn't done. Even if they credited my account later, the fact that was even done shows unprofessionalism. After getting a few fillings, I was disappointed I had to buy a thin diamond file to smooth up some incomplete work. Unfortunately, with him loosing his patience & almost outright yelling for whatever reason, it's still unprofessional enough reason to warn you in my not so humble opinion. Canceling an appointment because you feel ill is understandable but after returning to work prematurely, is no excuse for that type of rude behavior, even if you were still feeling poorly. He did not like to hear how my uncle was a dentist & if I left things as they were, his work would have caused worse complications later on, according to the second opinion, to verify. I don't know if this was an attempt at repeat business like mechanics do to ignorant customers. I choose him because he was conveniently located & that was my mistake not researching him better. I'm not saying he was sabotaging his work but it was suspicious enough. Add all that plus a response to my initial concern with, it's natural for that to be that way, when clearly all the other teeth were not that way and just the one he worked on, = I'm not comfortable going there anymore. At least he wasn't as bad as the last dentist that used insurance when calling to check to see if they check on insurance so my next visit at the dentist was already used by another claiming I used his services I guess dentists are starting to get desperate like everyone else.
