The staff is very unprofessional and extremely slow. My son had a 9:00 appointment for a cleaning and they didn't call him back until 1hour and 30 minutes later. When he did get called back the dental assistant cleaned his teeth in approximately 2 minutes. Then we were told we had to wait again for the dentist to come in and examine there teeth. After already waiting almost 2 hours. The receptionist had a nasty attitude when I questioned her about the wait and recommended me to go to another Dentist if I didn't want to wait. Debi was very professional and did a great job. She just needs a new professional staff.

Dr. Williams and her staff treated me very well and took care of my needs. They were kind, patient and accommodating. She went out of her way to further assist me after my tooth extraction and I’m very grateful for her kindness! Thank you so much!

The receptionist was clueless and verified all of my information wrong to my insurance agency. It took me forever to get back because she didn't know how to handle insurance. She was young, I get it. But proper training is a must. I worked in a Dr. Office, these mistakes make for a long miserable experience. It was my first visit here. Will not be coming back. Love Debi, her staff is TERRIBLE.

It took 45 minutes to get me in the room then it was 15 minutes more for the dentist to come in.i did like the dentist but motive is important also. For a little hole filling which only took a few minutes. It has now been and an hour and 40 minutes and I am sitting in the waiting room waiting for the office personnel to finish uo.

We went for our first and second visit with our little ones and they are great with the kids!! She is really good at giving advice if they don’t like brushing their teeth. Everyone makes you feel welcome!!
