C A R E F U L when choosing your "family dentist" !

I would like to refer back to the review that Jeaneth A. posted here on yelp. This facility has not changed/improved in the years since.
As a "fully skilled practitioner" it is expected of him to give thorough treatment and process of perfection when providing a dental procedure. My mother suffered from her prior root canal performed by this doctor, the staff as so himself did give off a negligence atmosphere once patient had concerns and complaints. They prescribed her with pain medicine multiple times. Due to that occurrence she had to seek immediate professional dental help elsewhere, perhaps somewhere that took her seriously. She was forced to undergo a second root canal on the same tooth for continuous and intolerable months of pain that resembled after the root canal after paying this facility a cost of roughly reaching nine hundred dollars. The second medical expert was very understanding and paid much more attention to detail than this first one. He did a re-treatment of prior root canal and finally gave my mother the ease on her tooth that she longed for. My mother instantaneously was able to differentiate the difference in quality of the service and feels relieved at last. The job was done inadequately at this facility. We seeked a reimbursement of the funds that were paid for the root canal that was done defectively. We went in for a brief discussion and the Doctor refused to speak to me as I was not the patient being treated. He and his assistant acted unprofessionally, she ignored me when I was speaking to her, he smirked when saying he wasn't going to look at any receipts of payment and he walked out of the room. When I continued to say excuse me and try to speak my opinion and questions he referred to me as "ey ey ey ey contigo no" very rudely. He stormed out of the room and refused to give us the files of examination and procedures, sounds pretty alarming. His only option was for my mother to go to a an endodontist that SPECIALIZED in root canals to pay more high amounts of money out of her pocket to get his defective procedure fixed. My personal opinion is I do not think that people should be certified or entitled to do these critical procedures if they are not really specialized in these areas.So I decided to post my personal experience and maybe prevent this from happening to another person that has no posted a review. Great dental office!!!
The staff members are truly experienced and also very honest.
Dr Daniel it's friendly and he would explain with detail the procedures and techniques that benefit the most in each particular case.
You won't be disappointed with the quality of the services availabe.
