My first time with Dr Blatter got my wisdom tooth extracted. Office is nice and cozy, staff are pleasant and professional.

It was a very good experience with Dr Blatter, i felt the struggle in getting my wisdom tooth out, (healthy tooth but useless in a way need to take out) extracted but he did it in less than 5 minutes. I was in and out after providing some helpful tips for the gum while in healing process. I was actually quite terrified but he made it so easy and pain free.

Highly recommended!

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Blatter. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed about a month ago and it was a very smooth procedure. She only needed over the counter pain meds twice on day one and once on day 3. She's almost completely healed now. Everyone in the office was wonderful, kind, informative and available. One of his staff, Kari, was so thorough, she saved me $720 because she noted how much my insurance company agreed to pay even when they tried to pay less following her call with them. Thank you all!

I just had a wisdom tooth removed and cannot have enough nice things to say about Dr. Blatter and his staff. The consultation process was quick and easy, with honest opinions provided by Dr. Blatter. Some doctors and dentists try to push unneeded surgeries for extra money, but Dr. Blatter gave me honest feedback and said I could hold off on one tooth as it was not needed at this time.

On the day of my wisdom tooth removal, I was running late due to a schedule mishap on my part. Lynette of the front staff was nice enough to squeeze me in way past my initial time. The procedure was quick, and I am one wisdom tooth gone.

I highly recommend Dr. Blatter for anyone looking for a truly honest opinion and great staff.

Very unprofessional. I came in today to get all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. I came in paid for the appointment, sat down and without realizing I drank a little bit of fluid. Nonetheless I now have to reschedule, Barrett takes me in another room to discuss my treatment plan, after saying I would die because I drank fluid. Beforehand I had expressed my anxiety and fear of being put to sleep, I explained to him it was because a family member passing away during surgery, he was not making me any more comfortable at all actually is was very much the opposite. He then says we need a $500 deposit, I ask why, he explains, and then he asks me if i know what a refund is trying to belittle me because I have reasonable questions. His NURSE looks at him funny like she can’t believe what he’s saying either. Mind you I am a 25 year old black professional business owner but today I dressed comfy because I knew I was going to be put under. I would never in a million years treat a client like that. He needs to improve on customer service, appropriate tone when speaking to clients, his mannerisms, and communication within the office. How do only 4 people work there and you don’t know I paid prior to rescheduling? I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone, when going in for a surgery you should be comfortable and your Dr should reassure you that everything will be okay. ANYTHING can happen in surgery being nervous is normal. 1 star because I can’t put 0.
