Dr. Vilella has NEVER SEEN ME AS A PT BEFORE and was over an hr late for a TELEHEALTH APPT , hung up on the call and was very rude/unprofessional, to me and my mother . she was able to have me dismissed to the practice due to her own inability to do her job and caused me to have anxiety/episode , i was then able to see Dr.RAJU and had a very good visit and felt very relieved and grateful , 1 week later Dr.Raju authorized Dr .Vilellas REQUEST to dissmiss me from the practice , i’ve been a pt for 3 years .

I originally was a patient of Dr Raju he was excellent. I really liked and trusted him. I wasn't just a number I was his patient. He changed my life with the diagnosis and medication. I am grateful for that. He has expanded his practice and I'm happy for him. Unfortunately it's not been great for me. I haven't seen him in years and I'm given to different psychiatrists employed by his practice.
I've tried working with two different psychiatrists and I'm not happy. I've canceled any upcoming appointments and will be looking for a new doctor.
