So far I've only experienced getting my first appointment. I haven't met with this doctors yet, but the staff gives good customer service

Shebna was clear and helpful. The scheduling process involves questions about medical history bc of the type of appointment, but it went quickly and smoothly.
As a side note, maybe the office can adopt a policy to either ask or just use people’s names to address them so that they don’t have to use gendered terms (Ms/Mr/ma’am/sir) based on whatever the assumption is after hearing people’s voices.

Dr. Ghobadi does what any good doctor does. He helps his patient, he creates a healthy dialogue in order to do so. It's rare to see someone passionate, and caring not only as a doctor but also as an individual, and that's why Dr. Ghobadi is highly recommend in my eyes at least 💯
