My experience with Dr Aaron Rapps ended in disaster.

At first I was recommended to the practice by a co worker, I then booked an appointment with Dr Rapps on the phone. On the day of the first appointment I was called and notified that Dr Rapps couldn’t make it and therefore Dr Ben Kreshenbaum would replace him for this specific appointment.

This appointment was for a cleaning and a check up and it went very smoothly, the staff was very warm and welcoming, I then scheduled a follow up appointment for a small filling, this is when I met Dr Rapps.

Dr Rapps came in to the room and immediately started arguing and criticizing his assistant which made me feel rather uncomfortable, he then gave me a check up and said that we couldn’t do anything that day and I would have to schedule another appointment so he wouldn't rush a longer job then expected. Throughout this short appointment every time I asked a question about my needed filling Dr Rapps seemed very agitated and inpatient, I felt as though I wasn’t allowed to express myself or my concerns.

On the day of the next appointment I was called by the receptionist and told that Dr Rapps had to delay the appointment again by a half an hour, I expressed respectfully that my schedule was tight and I did not appreciate the last minute notice and the call ended.

Seconds later I received a call from Dr Aaron Rapps himself, he started screaming at me for five minutes straight! He was FUMING that I told the receptionist that I didn’t appreciate the last minute change. The craziest part was he brought my age and religion into it and said “I cannot believe that a young Jewish boy like yourself would do that!”

He went on and urged me to find another dentist since he believed I was not worthy of being his patient.

It is said on the website of the practice that their philosophy is to “establish warm friendly and positive relationships with all those they encounter”, clearly this wasn’t the case!

Dr. Rapps is an Awesome dentist!! Excellent work always. A Good human being who works hard to make your smile look great and natural. You will see that he is humble and kind. And listens to your needs. I will always recommend anyone who needs a good dentist to come see him.
