Dokimos has been my pharmacy since 2007. The service and kindness was and still is exceptional except for today. Dokimos in both locations does not carry Paxlovid for Covid. I called to see if it was ready and was told that they don't carry it. What pharmacy doesn't carry critical medication for Covid? It was critical that I start taking it the day I was diagnosed. I called the E. Main Street location and was put on hold so many times that I hung up.

In my opinion, because this medication is critical to my recovery, they could have given me information about where to go from here. And BTW the E. Main Street location doesn't have enough help. They are always backed up and the customer service is non-existant. I feel sorry for the employees.

I had my doctor send over a prescription to Raley's and within minutes it was filled. I know have a new pharmacy....Raleys.

IF YOU ARE A PAIN PATIENT DO NOT GO HERE. I have been a chronic pain patient for 13 years. I have had the most ludicrous experiences with Dokimos. Many years ago they refused my pain medication prescribed by my doctor. My doctor called and got upset with them, explaining that it was medically necessary for me to have the prescription. I went in and spoke with the pharmacist, I tried to explain to them what would happen to me if I couldn’t get it. I was treated like garbage and told they would no longer fill prescriptions for me. Now (7 years later) they are refusing to fill seizure medication for my cat because she is associated with me. Absolutely unbelievable. These people are horrible.

I had my vaccination here and they were great! I needed a pharmacy to get a prescription filled and decided to get it sent here, since the reviews for the other pharmacies in town were horrible. They were great again!! Will definitely be using this place for now on. Highly recommend!

My wife and I started using Dokimos 5 months ago after being abused by the horrible pharmacy staff at CVS and prior, Walgreens.
We thought that Dokimos at least couldnt be worse and we have been delighted with the promptness of service, how they treat you respectfully and with dignity and that the staff is genuine and actually cares about helping people. Bravo Dokimos staff and to other pharmacies, this is proof that there is a better way.

The staff at Dokimos in Nevada city is always wonderful to interact with, especially when compared to other pharmacies like Riteaid, and CVS, you rarely have to wait in more than a 4 minute line and a lot of the time there's no wait at all.

~~Dokimo's Discriminates against those of us with Chronic Pain Conditions! After giving them my business for over 15 years They said I can no longer get my Pain Medication at their pharmacy. I have been taking pain medication for 27 years because I was crushed by a Forklift in 1995. Dokimo's simply doesn't care about people like me... would rather tell you to get your medication from a different pharmacy then fill an Opiod rx for a legitimate customer they have had for 15+ years

Opens to late. Closes to early. Always crowded. Heartless treatment. Poor customer service. Long waits on phone. Called 5 times in one day to busy asked to hold. Highest prices in town. Wont take discounts. U can afford to hire more people.
