I wanted to update my previous review and share my gratitude for the quick resolution I received. After initially feeling frustrated with the K1 visa medical exam requirements, I was contacted by Judy, the manager of doctors on duty. She went above and beyond to correct the situation I was in and ensure that all necessary procedures were done correctly. Judy was incredibly professional, helpful, and kind, and she truly made a difference in turning my experience around. I’m absolutely frustrated with how disorganized this place is. I Signed a medical release form back in DEC to have my MR sent to me, it’s not End of FEB the front office staff did send the form to the company that handles Medical Records … I walked in Monday to speak to them about it … again it’s Friday and they STILL haven’t send them my signed form. It doesn’t surprise me because the day I first signed the form they were looking another patients document they had miss placed . Please have a serious conversation with your staffs negligence. My case is stopped and why because your staff is failing to do their JOB.

Watsonville DOD is the best. All the staff are genuine and care about their patients. Dr Parsons is such a wonderful doctor. He may act like he's not paying attention but trust me he is and listens to everything you tell him and always finds a solution and treatment. It's very hard to find good doctors who care about their patients health. Overall they all exceed on everything. Wonderful Doctors and staff.

Went to the Watsonville location for a pre employment screening. I was helped promptly by the receptionist in the front office . Thank you for helping me with a kind and professional demeanor. The front office sets the tone for the rest of the visit!

The doctor was great. I had a pretty nasty wound going on after stupidly popping what could have been a spider bite. I got patched up and given a prescription of antibiotics. I really enjoyed the berveity of the appointment and getting the medicine I need.

I give then 0 stars im very disappointed they are very rude specifically a lady who handles reception she is very aggressive and very lasy to do her work, she directly say no to me, i was there for a medicle she charged me and didnt care about me, and she did a mistake in my medical and when i notices this one and been there they say we not change this again. Now i spend more money for another check-up i recomended to you guys never visit this place. I future ill never come here again. 0 stars 🌟 you guys

Great experience. I was due for a pap and they had time to squeeze that in during my visit. Anyone who has had a pap knows it’s not comfortable but Wendy Liu was SO gentle, I would literally do it again tomorrow. Also had bloodwork done and regretfully I don’t remember my nurses name but she was so kind and I didn’t feel a thing as she collected the sample. It was over before I knew it. Happily will go back to this location!
